The event took place all around pune(Pune camp, Bibewadi, Salunkhe vihar, Sangvi, Akudi) for 3 weekends

Offline Marketing "Distributing Pamphlets"

Since founding of www.mastevent.com, MastEvent Team is focusing on various ways for online marketing of our product.

Recently we also did offline marketing or offline promotion of www.mastevent.com

Why We Are Distributing Pamphlets? Importance Of Pamphlet Distribution? Who we are Targeting?

As we know our main targets are college students, young unemployed people as they look for part time jobs for their regular expenses. So we thought why don’t we directly connect to college students. So MastEvent Team came up with "pamphlet distribution" idea in various colleges in Pune. 

We started with Wadia College of Commerce, Pune. Till now we have received average response but we got some really good partners & proposals. Also our product development startegy little changed which we will be explaining in our future blogs.

This was really insightful and eye opening!

The event took place at
Baner & Lohegaon, Pune.

In this corporate event the volunteer showed lot of enthusiasm, because they had to take care of everything in a  well organised manner. Societ people were very excited with zimmber.com products & services.
We hope volunteers  learnt a lot in this activity as they were surrounded with corporate people and also had to deal with them.

Lavasa Women's Drive Activity(Lavasa)

Thanks to male and female volunteer for being a part of Lavasa Woman's Drive Activity.
The event took place at 
Lavasa city.

In this activity the volunteer showed lot of enthusiasm, because they had to take care of everything in a  well organised manner. They also helped participants with small things since they visited Lavasa for the first time.

Volunteers also got oppurtunity to meet celebrities who came as guest.


We hope Volunteers  learnt a lot in this activity as they were surrounded with corporate people and also had to deal with them.

Quality Ranking of Volunteers, Hostess, Anchors at MastEvent

MastEvent Team

Many of our clients ask us how we maintain quality of volunteers, anchors and hostess. It's a very obvious question in event domain.

Currently we have a internal process which do quality ranking of volunteers, anchors and hostess by the team.

  •  We take small telephonic interviews to get to know about their communication.
  •  We ask them to come for briefing before the events, so that we get to know completely about the Volunteer.
  •  Past record, feedback from the event organizers for each volunteer are major drivers of algorithm.
  •  We maintain profile of each volunteer and give them ranking according to their work.
  •  For Anchors we have direct tie-ups with reputed Anchors with very good reputation. We also do their ranking according to their experience.
  •  We have a team of hostess. We also source our hostess from our online product. We make their rankings according to their past record of events performance.
