Yes signup is compulsory. Without signup/login you can't apply for events.

First you need to signup and login. Browse for events and apply for the ones, which is convenient for you (location and time). Make sure you fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Just relax. MastEvent representative will call you and give you all necessary details regarding the applied event.

We keep few volunteers in wait listing group. You will be called in case volunteer who applied first is not shortlisted or he back out in between event.

After completing your event/activity within 15 days you will be called at a particular location in your city to get your payments. Payment date is mentioned on every event page.

First of all we make sure payment is never delayed, but in worst case if it happens then we pay extra money as compensation.

Yes only if two event dates don’t clash.

Yes for every event you must attend briefing, otherwise you will not be selected for the activity. Apply for the event, only if you can attend the briefing session.

If you leave an event or activity in between, then you will not be paid for any day. And this will also lower down the chances of you getting any event in future. Make sure you are available on event dates before applying.

First of all avoid this part, but if due to some unavoidable valid reason you are not able to come for event/activity, inform the event head two days in advance. So that we can replace you with other volunteer.

We have well defined process to maintain quality:

  • We do quality ranking of every volunteer/anchor based on their experience, past work and feedback from partners.
  • We have direct tie ups with Anchors/Hostess/Volunteers who have really good reputation.
  • We have briefing process. Volunteers/Promoters/Anchors are shortlisted on brief date.

We will provide backup in case volunteers back out in between event. Worst case volunteers in our team will do the event for you.

Pricing depends on lot of factors:

  • Number of volunteers, promoters, anchors, hostess required
  • It's a day event or night event. Night event charges are relatively higher
  • Female volunteers required or male volunteers required
  • Your budget

Our client generally make payment under 1 week after event is complete. However we are flexible and can maximum extend up to 2 weeks.
